Your profile is your introduction to professional buyers. Be sure to include your high-resolution logo, a detailed description of your capabilities (machinery, facilities, years of experience), and the city where your plant is located. Profiles with a detailed description receive 40% more interest.

Upload your products indicating the minimum order (MOQ) and available materials. You do not need to post exact final prices, just indicative ranges that help the buyer understand your market tier. You can upload PDF files if you already have a corporate catalog.

When a buyer posts a requirement that fits your capabilities, you will receive a notification. When responding, be clear about lead times, unit cost by volume, and shipping terms (FOB, EXW, etc.). A fast, professional response is the key to winning the project.

There are different verification levels on ProveedorMX. Suppliers with a basic or premium verification badge appear first in searches and inspire twice the trust. To earn your badge, send us your tax documents and, in some cases, we will allow a remote audit of your facilities.

ProveedorMX records the payment and the operation so our team can confirm documents, production, incidents, and the supplier payout. The payout is confirmed once the order status and available evidence are validated.
