To get started on ProveedorMX, you need a valid email address. Passwordless access uses one-time codes or links sent to the registered inbox. This reduces password-reuse risk, but you must protect your inbox, devices, and active session.
2. Finding the Ideal Manufacturing Partner
You can search our directory by filtering by category (Textiles, Food, Construction, Chemicals, etc.) or by specific products. ProveedorMX is not a one-click standard-product catalog, but an ecosystem of manufacturers. Each supplier has a detailed profile with installed capacity, certifications, and location in Mexico.
3. Posting a Request for Quote (RFQ)
An RFQ (Request for Quote) is the most powerful tool. Instead of contacting suppliers one by one, you describe your need just once: material, dimensions, estimated quantity, and frequency. Our system and team assign the suppliers that best fit your requirement.
Recommendations:
- Be specific: attach drawings, photos, or spec sheets.
- State your estimated budget to receive more competitive offers.
- Mention your location so logistics costs can be calculated accurately.
4. Compare and Choose
You will receive structured offers that include unit price, minimum order (MOQ), and lead times. You can chat directly with the manufacturer to clarify questions, request changes to the specifications, or negotiate special terms.
5. Payments with Team Follow-Up
Payment is processed with Stripe and its status is recorded in the order. The team may provide operational follow-up on documents, incidents, refunds, and transfers using the available context. This is not a trust account, bank escrow, insurance, or performance guarantee.
