We cover access, profiles, RFQs, quotes, messages, orders, recorded payments, and abuse reports. We do not decide disputes as an authority, certify products, or represent buyers or suppliers.
Response times and evidence
Requests are handled by priority and complexity, with no guaranteed response time unless required by law. Keep quotes, receipts, messages, photos, tracking records, and tax documents; complete evidence supports a better review.
Security and urgent matters
For unauthorized access, fraud, dangerous products, or a data incident, secure available access, contact your bank or the relevant authority when appropriate, and report it to support immediately. ProveedorMX is not an emergency service.
